Ruben Wegman appointed as Royal Barenbrug Group Supervisory Board member

On April 1, Mr. Ruben Wegman joined the Supervisory Board of the Royal Barenbrug Group. He takes on this role as the successor of Mr. JanWillem Breukink, making the Supervisory Board complete again.

Ruben has been CEO at Nedap since 2009 and previously held several leadership positions there. His background is in informatics and IT, and he also has wide-ranging experience in management positions. Ruben will join Michiel Westermann (Chairman), Bastiaan Barenbrug, Frank Barenbrug, and
Aart Duijzer on the Barenbrug Group’s Supervisory Board.

Nedap NV creates innovative, high-quality hardware and software products that enable more successful and efficient work. Within Nedap, the Livestock Management division develops and sells sensors that monitor the health, production, and identification of livestock.
