It is our pleasure to announce that Mr. Wayne Crofts (41) is the new Managing Director of Heritage Seeds. He assumed this position this spring.

Wayne has a background in agriculture with Wesfarmers, an Australian farmers' cooperative, that evolved into the retail industry through the acquisition of Coles, a national retailer. During this period, Wayne was exposed to a wide spectrum of business activities through a series of appointments, projects and General Manager roles. With this career, Wayne brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the Heritage Seeds organization.

Wayne has a genuine passion for agriculture and is a strong team player. He combines this with a solid financial background and a unique blend of retail knowledge and agriculture experience. He will lead the growth of Heritage Seeds business and will allign it with the Group strategy, selling high added value forage and turf seeds.
